  2. Please Search for and click on LENAPE LAND. This Blog is the oldest American History. Thirty eight stanzas have been (almost) deciphered. The Vikings called themselves "LENAPE." These stanzas take the viewer from Greenland during the Little Ice Age to Sissiton SD, c1380.

    The Lenape Migration was not the only one moving during the Little Ice Age, but it was the one creating a large portion of the Algonquin speaking tribes. If the spoke Lenape the French thought they were Algonquin. If they spoke Algonquin only some of them were Lenape.
