This Christmas what is the Greatest Gift?

This Christmas what is the Greatest Gift?

You cannot buy it, you cannot create it, you can not give it of yourself. And yet it is the Gift that will fill your soul with so much joy and light that it is beyond your imagination to fully comprehend. This Gift comes not in a box, nor from a store, nor is it anything made of this Earth. But it is a free Gift for all humankind. This is the Gift to be remembered this Christmas day, the Greatest Gift ever given to anyone on this Earth, there is no comparison in the past, present or future. This gift was given to the family of Adam and Eve, the Human family. This is the gift, the Birth of Jesus Christ, Emanuel, the Creator of all, his gift to all humanity is his life, the light he shares with us now, in the past and in the future. The Gift began with his birth, then as he became the teacher of all, he showed us how to live our lives by his perfect example. He knew we make mistakes, and we sin. Thus he gave us a Gift of being able to repent and be forgiven our mistakes, he paid for this in the Garden one dark night as he took upon him the sins of all the world, then later as he allowed his mortal life to end in the Cross, only to be resurrected 3 days later, thus giving us the gift of Eternal life, the resurrection and immortality for all. These gifts are free to us, we have but to accept them, and strive to daily follow his examples and teachings to be worthy of these great gifts. Jesus Christ so loved the world that he sacrificed more than all humanity combined in order for each one of us to have the opportunity to return home to live with him once again. What have you done with this gift? Find a Bible and read about it, learn of yourself, Pray and he will answer your humble prayers and guide you to where you need to be. Help others for he said, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. So live your life as to be worthy of this Great Gift he has given us. Think and ponder your life. Whom do you really serve?
